About the role

  • Relationship Management: Multichannel customer service (phone, WhatsApp, email and in-person) to listen to requests, resolve inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prospecting and Business Development: Identify sales opportunities with existing or new clients, assist with negotiations and contract adjustments, and take part in strategic meetings.
  • Operational and Technical Support: Support the analysis of databases and mandatory documents (ANS requirements), actively participate in the implementation of plans at client companies, and resolve operational requests such as issuing membership ID cards.
  • Field Presence: Conduct client visits, deliver presentations and run on-site activities to present our products, address questions, and convey trust and transparency.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Statistics or related fields.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the Supplementary Health sector (private health insurance).
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Profile: Strong negotiation skills, proactivity in seeking solutions, and the ability to work both remotely and on-site in the field.
