About the role

  • Spend Mapping and Categorization: Consolidate the organization’s global spend, classify expenses by category, and identify critical suppliers using Pareto analysis to optimize resource allocation.
  • Dashboard and KPI Management: Develop and maintain performance dashboards in Power BI or Excel, monitoring savings metrics and compliance with established targets.
  • Predictability and Budget Planning: Forecast costs based on market indicators (commodities, exchange rates, and inflation), providing input for financial and budget planning.
  • Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Analysis: Prepare Total Cost of Ownership studies for critical categories, ensuring purchasing decisions account for hidden costs, maintenance, lifecycle, and not only nominal price.
  • Market Intelligence and Risk Management: Monitor competitor behavior and the emergence of new suppliers, identifying supply chain risks and opportunities for strategic partnerships.
  • Compliance and Internal Audit: Ensure purchase processes adhere to internal policies and audit standards, safeguarding the integrity and transparency of operations.
  • Process Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities for repetitive tasks within the Procure-to-Pay cycle to improve the area’s productivity.
  • Strategic Contract Management: Track contract expiration dates and adjustment clauses, prevent automatic renewals, and ensure prior review of commercial terms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience with SAP, Ariba, and Excel.
  • Experience with Power BI and data tools.
