About the role
- Relationship and Customer Service: Provide end-to-end support to small and medium-sized clients, brokers, Unimeds and administrators via phone, WhatsApp, email and meetings. Responsible for analyzing requests, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prospecting and Commercial Support: Identify and assist in negotiating new business opportunities, participate in meetings and plan activities to acquire members/enrollments for existing or new clients.
- Management and Compliance: Assist in analyzing data and documents to ensure that plan implementation and reimbursement processes comply with ANS requirements and the CNU system. Includes eligibility analysis and potential fraud detection.
- Communication and Support: Deliver and support presentations for clients and beneficiaries, present health plans and advise on their use. Actively participate in the implementation of new plans within client companies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in customer relationship roles for health and/or dental products at carriers, insurers, administrators or benefits consultancies.
