About the role
- Analyze system development requirements, elicit requirements, produce diagrams, create functional specifications, build prototypes, develop code, monitor feature development, evaluate artifact performance, perform integration testing, deploy and monitor systems, provide guidance for manual preparation, and deliver training.
- Analyze requirements for the development of highly complex systems in collaboration with users;
- Elicit and document system requirements;
- Data modeling for relational databases;
- Produce functional specifications in accordance with the company’s working methodology;
- Build application prototypes;
- Develop in PL/SQL and potentially other languages;
- Oversee the development/programming of the features for which you are responsible, together with the development team;
- Analyze performance of produced artifacts;
- Perform Unit, Component, Integration, and System testing of produced artifacts;
- Deploy and/or assist with system deployment;
- Monitor and maintain deployed systems;
- Provide guidance and/or participate in the preparation of user manuals;
- Deliver system training when necessary;
- Perform other related duties as required by the organization to contribute to achieving results.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Required knowledge: Microsoft Office, PL/SQL, Oracle, Java.
- Required competencies: Inspirational engagement, Collaboration, Proactive autonomy, Results orientation, Communication, and Sense of ownership.
