About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Characterize the nutritional and anti-nutritional composition of a panel of tropical legume seeds cultivated in northern France across three harvest campaigns
  • Develop and adapt analytical chemistry protocols for the characterization of oils and proteins, fiber analysis, quantification of anti-nutritional compounds, and assays for vitamins and minerals
  • Implement a range of analytical techniques, including GC-MS, HPLC-MS, NIRS, and XRF
  • Data processing and associated statistical analyses
  • Contribute to the processing, valorization and dissemination of scientific results
  • Archive and manage digital data in accordance with best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree or engineering degree (equivalent to BAC+5) with a specialization in analytical chemistry
  • Rigorous, reliable, pedagogical and well organized
  • Able to manage priorities and report relevant information
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, curiosity and commitment
