About the role
- You develop creative marketing ideas and experiment with ways to go viral — happy to appear on camera (social media, content, newsletters, Reels).
- You connect UNIFY with the world — acquire new customers via LinkedIn, emails, cold calls, personal contacts, and at cool networking events.
- You take our sales to the next level — with smart processes, good ideas, and team spirit.
- You strengthen our community — online and offline — and participate in photoshoots, events, and possibly on-site when we run projects in Gambia.
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, communications, sales, media, or a related field.
- Desire for personal responsibility and genuine teamwork.
- A good sense for language, design, and people.
- Motivation to create real impact through your work.
- Fluent German, both written and spoken.
