About the role
- Collaborate with the monitoring team and user support on information security matters
- Monitor security consoles
- Manage changes, risks, and incidents related to information security and privacy
- Identify and remediate security gaps
- Support and conduct audits (internal and external)
- Respond to alert events and drive security improvements across the IT environment
- Map, adapt, and improve processes to enable continuous improvement
- Develop and review procedures, standards, and policies
- Implement and promote industry best practices related to information security and cybersecurity
- Foster an information security culture through training, workshops, and capacity-building
- Support business areas across the company, promoting integration between departments and business units
- Monitor the team’s communication channels
- Coordinate activation of support teams
Requirements
- Information security frameworks (ISO 27001, ISO 27002, NIST, MITRE, CIS Controls)
- Incident identification and response processes
- Execution of penetration tests, vulnerability scans, and phishing simulations
- Familiarity with EDR, SIEM, PAM, CASB, email protection, and Vulnerability Management tools
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and containerized environments
- Firewalls and network perimeter protection (NGFW, WAF, NAC, VPN, micro-segmentation, etc.)
- Flexibility and adaptability with respect to business needs, people, and processes
- Innovative mindset
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in technology or information security fields
- Relevant information security certifications
