About the role

  • Support leadership in defining and detailing tasks for software development projects.
  • Actively contribute to the architecture and design of moderately complex systems.
  • Develop and maintain more complex features in internal applications.
  • Participate in all stages of development projects, from conception to delivery.
  • Identify and propose technical solutions aligned with project goals.
  • Resolve complex technical issues in specific systems.
  • Promote clear and effective communication between the development team and internal stakeholders.
  • Encourage and support the use of software engineering best practices, such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, and code review.
  • Continuously learn and apply good programming and software design practices.
  • Support and mentor junior developers in their daily activities.
  • Understand Unifique's business processes and objectives to propose more effective and aligned technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Ease interacting with users and business areas, working on maintenance and support activities
  • Ability to work with support queues, prioritize requests, and resolve incidents together with the team
  • Logical reasoning and analytical thinking
  • Organization and responsibility in meeting deadlines and deliveries
  • Experience developing with Node.js and PHP
  • Strong experience in Back-End feature development
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Knowledge of RESTful API patterns
  • Familiarity with Git and version control tools
  • Basic experience working with Docker containers
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology or related fields
