About the role
- Support and assist company departments that process personal data to develop compatible solutions;
- Monitor the handling of any information security and privacy incidents;
- Assist with the implementation of certifications;
- Assist the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in their duties, in responding to communications from the ANPD (Brazilian Data Protection Authority) and in responding to data subjects;
- Develop and review policies, procedures, guidelines, reports, personal data inventory and metrics;
- Implement training, awareness and capacity-building programs;
- Implement and promote industry best practices related to information security governance, privacy and data protection, aiming to ensure the company’s compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) requirements and to mitigate existing risks;
- Provide support for external consulting and advisory services;
- Conduct audits, assessments and periodic reviews of processes, procedures, controls and documents, maintaining the respective evidence.
Requirements
- Good communication skills, strong organization and a sense of responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering or Technology.
- Knowledge of standards related to data protection, privacy and information security;
- Knowledge of the controls required by the LGPD;
- Experience developing procedures and guidelines for personal data protection.
