About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support and maintenance for systems by identifying, analyzing and assisting in the resolution of incidents
Support software development activities by performing code analysis and investigating potential bugs
Assist in requirements analysis, technical documentation and solution design
Participate in technical discussions to drive continuous improvement and evolution of products and systems
Support modeling and maintenance of APIs and integrations between systems
Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
Research new technologies, tools and best practices to contribute to innovation in the area
Ensure delivery quality and alignment with business needs
Actively participate in the squad's agile ceremonies, collaborating on the development and maintenance of applications
Work closely with the development team on systems maintenance and evolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields
Experience developing with C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core or front-end development with Angular, HTML, CSS and TypeScript
Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle or similar
Experience with integrations using REST APIs
Analytical, proactive profile with a strong desire to learn
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
Knowledge of software development best practices
Basic understanding of systems and application architecture
Experience in systems maintenance and incident analysis
