About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead initiatives to advance IT maturity, driving operational excellence and strengthening cross-functional integration
  • Define and implement governance standards, metrics and cadences to raise the maturity of IT processes
  • Implement, review and strengthen practices based on ITIL and COBIT frameworks
  • Facilitate cross-functional integration by removing organizational silos and fostering collaboration
  • Map, design, review and optimize IT processes with a focus on operational efficiency, service quality and internal customer experience
  • Define, monitor and evolve performance indicators, SLAs and governance metrics
  • Conduct organizational maturity analyses and propose continuous improvement actions
  • Participate in organizational transformation initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops, strategic meetings and governance forums
  • Support the definition of strategies, policies, controls and IT service management models
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring results and proposing optimizations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields
  • Solid experience in IT Governance and Process Management
  • Hands-on experience implementing, evolving and sustaining ITIL-based processes
  • Advanced knowledge of COBIT and practical application of its concepts in corporate environments
  • Experience in process mapping, redesign and optimization
  • Proven involvement in organizational transformation programs and IT maturity improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of service management, governance, SLAs, KPIs and performance metrics
  • Experience leading workshops, executive meetings and alignment forums
  • Ability to operate in a consultative capacity with different departments and organizational levels
  • ITIL Foundation, ITIL Managing Professional or equivalent certification is a plus
  • COBIT Foundation or COBIT Design & Implementation certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of Lean, Lean IT and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
  • Process management certifications such as CBPP, BPM or similar are advantages
  • Experience with ITSM tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and hybrid management models is a plus
  • Experience with frameworks and models for assessing organizational maturity is a plus
