About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the technical reference and team lead for development, supporting the growth of professionals and the quality of deliveries
Own technical definitions and the evolution of solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs
Actively participate in backlog refinements, daily stand-ups and other agile ceremonies
Propose scalable, secure and high-performance technical solutions
Perform code reviews, promoting best development practices and quality standards
Monitor technical team metrics, identify improvement opportunities and support the creation of action plans
Provide technical guidance, feedback and mentoring to the development team
Support planning and tracking of development estimates, promoting efficient team capacity management
Collaborate with coordination on critical analyses, high-complexity incidents and War Rooms
Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks and propose optimization measures
Conduct technical analyses, support architectural decisions and ensure continuous system evolution
Support system integrations and ensure adherence to architecture and development best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields
Solid experience in development using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+ and REST APIs
Experience with Angular 12+, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML and CSS
Knowledge of system architecture, integrations and enterprise application development
Experience with relational databases, especially SQL Server
Experience with code versioning tools (Git)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools
Knowledge of containerization using Docker
Experience in technical leadership, team mentoring and code review
Knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Code practices and Design Patterns
Nice to have: experience with Datadog, agile environments, microservices, cloud solutions, performance analysis, troubleshooting and support of critical applications
