About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Negotiate parts and services with repair shops and distributors, seeking competitiveness, quality, and adherence to established agreements;
- Maintain ongoing relationships with suppliers and business partners, ensuring negotiated commercial terms are kept up to date;
- Address and resolve commercial discrepancies with suppliers, conducting negotiations aligned with the company's interests;
- Monitor area performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring efficient fulfillment of requests;
- Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and internal policies, contributing to governance and compliance of procurement processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed);
- Knowledge of negotiation and supplier management;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel;
- Analytical mindset, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
