About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Seek a Financial Processes and Data Specialist to drive improvements in operational efficiency and data intelligence within Financial Operations.
Develop, maintain and refine managerial dashboards and reports in Power BI (or similar tools).
Structure and monitor operational and financial metrics.
Map end-to-end processes, identifying bottlenecks, rework and opportunities for automation and optimization.
Define, monitor and standardize financial operation KPIs.
Perform data analyses to identify trends, deviations and continuous improvement opportunities.
Act as a strategic partner between Financial Operations, IT and Data Engineering.
Support routine management through the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Participate in digital transformation, process automation and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
Experience in data analysis, performance metrics and process management.
Advanced knowledge of Power BI and data modeling.
Experience with SQL for data extraction, cleaning and analysis.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with process mapping, standardization and process improvement.
Experience in financial and operational environments.
Knowledge of No-Code/Low-Code automation tools is a plus.
Familiarity with programming languages for data analysis (Python, R or similar) is a plus.
Experience in digital transformation projects is a plus.
Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt or Green Belt) is a plus.
Experience in high-volume financial operations is a plus.
