About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the DPO in operational and strategic activities related to data privacy;
Manage and monitor compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), ensuring maintenance of processes, controls and evidence;
Lead initiatives for mapping and inventorying personal data (Data Mapping and Data Inventory);
Coordinate and oversee responses to data subject requests;
Support privacy risk analyses, preparation of DPIAs/RIPDs (Data Protection Impact Assessments / Data Protection Impact Reports) and definition of action plans;
Contribute to privacy incident management, supporting identification, analysis, remediation and communication;
Develop and promote awareness campaigns and training on data protection and privacy;
Work collaboratively with IT, Legal, Compliance, Information Security and other business areas;
Support audits, assessments and initiatives aimed at the continuous improvement of privacy governance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or related fields;
Practical experience implementing and operating privacy programs and LGPD compliance;
Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) structures;
Experience managing and handling incidents related to information security and personal data;
Knowledge of data mapping, processes and the information lifecycle;
Experience working with legal, regulatory and compliance teams;
Strong knowledge of Information Security, risk management and security controls;
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different hierarchical levels.
Preferred qualifications:
Privacy and Information Security certifications (EXIN PDPF, CDPO/BR, ISO 27701, ISO 27001, CIPP, CIPM, etc.);
Experience in digital transformation projects and data governance;
Knowledge of governance, privacy and information security frameworks.
