About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Management information for new (0 km) vehicles that are in the implementation process, including suggestions for internal process improvements;
Monitoring and analyzing initial processes for activity implementation;
Accurately equipping/accessorizing new (0 km) vehicles and keeping the system updated with current information;
Daily delivery forecasts (Implementation Map);
Analysis and presentation of the implementation map with daily forecasts for all new (0 km) vehicles in the implementation process (vehicles pending invoicing until implementation is completed);
Creation of delivery variance reports (Planned vs. Actual), etc.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a university degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields;
Intermediate MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint;
Good communication skills for interacting with suppliers;
Resilience to handle high workload;
Organized and detail-oriented profile to manage competing demands.
