About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze large volumes of data related to vehicle rental operations (demand, availability, customer behavior, seasonality, competition, among others);
Develop, implement and improve statistical models and dynamic pricing algorithms;
Perform parameterization and continuous maintenance of pricing models, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and market conditions;
Monitor model performance (forecasting, price elasticity, occupancy, revenue) and propose adjustments based on analytical evidence;
Build predictive models for demand, churn, customer behavior and fleet optimization;
Collaborate with business areas (Pricing, Commercial, Operations) to translate needs into analytical solutions;
Develop dashboards, reports and KPIs to support decision-making;
Ensure data quality, consistency and governance for the data used in models;
Evaluate and incorporate new data science techniques (machine learning, optimization, time series) to improve results.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related fields.
Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning and data analysis.
Proficiency with data analysis programming tools (Python and/or R).
Experience in data manipulation (SQL, data modeling).
Knowledge of time series techniques, regression, clustering and optimization.
Experience building and validating predictive models.
Experience with pricing and revenue management algorithms is a plus.
