Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the collections portfolio by product and partner offices;
Monitor the performance of collection agencies, analyzing results by delinquency range, customer profile, and behavioral history;
Define and implement communication strategies, campaigns, and discounts to optimize portfolio performance;
Define strategies and manage the performance of incentives, discounts, and fee-related revenues, aiming to optimize and sustain results.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree;
Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office and SQL;
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to read and monitor performance indicators (funnel, conversion, and revenue);
Experience in supplier/vendor management, including SLA monitoring, process optimization, communication, campaigns, and channel performance.
