About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assess and handle claims based on received estimates, the rental agreement, image reviews, and other incoming information;
Negotiate prices and timelines with authorized repair shops and obtain parts quotations to adjust and reduce estimate costs, ensuring efficiency and cost savings in the process;
Monitor repairs to minimize vehicle downtime and update cases in the internal system to ensure compliance with SLAs;
Uphold the Unidas brand, values, vision and mission.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
Experience with automotive estimating systems;
Technical knowledge of bodywork, painting and automotive mechanics; experience in automotive claims handling and damage/auto-parts assessment;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, delivering solutions to customers.
