About the role

  • Perform financial analyses and economic-financial modeling for leasing projects;
  • Prepare and analyze financial projections, including cash flow, income statement (DRE), ROIC and EBITDA, assessing project feasibility, returns and investment risks;
  • Develop, update and analyze management reports, dashboards and executive presentations;
  • Work on automating financial routines and continuously improving pricing processes;
  • Generate strategic insights to optimize pricing, balance fleet and demand, and maximize revenue;
  • Support decision-making on investment projects through consistent financial analyses;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Finance, Mathematics or related fields;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Solid experience in pricing and investment analysis;
  • Strong knowledge of cash flow, income statement (DRE), ROIC and EBITDA;
  • Support various area demands, aiming to find the best possible scenario for projects;
  • Analytical, organized profile with a high level of analytical rigor and attention to detail;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different areas;
  • Proactive and results-oriented.
