- Responsible for managing international customer contracts;

- Receiving and handling disputes and inquiries submitted by customers;
- Support via email, providing necessary assistance and guidance.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree;
- Intermediate to advanced English — required for reading, writing, and email communication with international customers (English level will be tested during the selection process);
- Basic computer skills;
