About the role
- Identify and technically assess new workshops for the Network Development area.
- Analyze maintenance processes for heavy machinery and equipment.
- Manage maintenance budgets.
- Conduct financial analysis.
- Monitor area performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with the area's SLA.
- Ensure excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Create reports based on analyzed data.
Requirements
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree).
- Experience with maintenance in the heavy-duty automotive segment (heavy vehicles/equipment).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
