About the role

  • Support Infrastructure projects (Cloud, Networks, Data Center, End User, Security, etc.).
  • Perform data analysis, metrics monitoring, and operational controls for the area.
  • Assist in maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
  • Manage the organization, classification, and updating of technical documentation.
  • Assist with governance, audit, compliance, and internal control processes.
  • Support routines for inventory management, requests, contracts, and IT assets.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology or related fields;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (tables, filters, charts);
  • Basic knowledge of IT environments (infrastructure, cloud, networks, or support);
  • Good written communication and information-recording skills;
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the Infrastructure area;
  • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
  • **Desired:**
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud, Networks, Servers, Support, Security;
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other dashboarding tools;
  • Basic knowledge of automation (Python, PowerShell, or similar);
  • Previous experience with governance, audit, or controls;
  • Experience with ITSM tools (TopDesk, ServiceNow, GLPI, etc.).
