About the role
- Negotiate parts and services directly with workshops and distributors, maintaining strategic relationships and keeping supplier negotiations up to date;
- Develop and monitor performance indicators for the department, using data to propose and implement continuous process improvements;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely, efficient fulfillment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field;
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships;
- Advanced Excel proficiency;
- Familiarity with KPI analysis tools and management reporting.
