About the role

  • Develop and implement learning solutions that drive the organization’s technological evolution, supporting the Technology area in adopting new tools, digital trends, agile practices, and preparing future-ready leaders.
  • Design learning paths and training programs focused on emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud, data, DevOps, Agile).
  • Develop learning programs aimed at innovation and digital culture.
  • Conduct in-depth learning needs analyses.
  • Research trends and curate content and technological tools.
  • Deliver in-person and online training using active, practical, and interactive methodologies.
  • Facilitate workshops, labs, and innovation experiences.
  • Support managers and technical leaders in developing leadership, communication, decision-making, and agile culture skills.
  • Create multimedia content, tutorials, microlearning, and instructional materials in various formats.
  • Evaluate training impact using performance metrics, technology adoption indicators, and learning NPS.
  • Lead end-to-end projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, Technology, or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree preferred in Corporate Education, Digital Learning, People Management, or Innovation.
  • Advanced English.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Training & Development, with direct work with technology audiences.
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, cloud, data literacy, and technology trends;
  • Experience with agile methodologies and modern engineering practices;
  • Facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills;
  • Creativity and innovation in educational solutions;
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and e-learning tools;
  • Availability to travel.
