About the role
- Drive the evolution of the digital experience across marketing channels, ensuring simpler, more intuitive, and conversion-focused journeys;
- Translate business objectives and user needs into efficient interfaces;
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Content teams;
- Ensure visual consistency, usability, and performance in deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher;
- Expertise with Figma for creating, maintaining, and evolving layouts, components, and design systems;
- Knowledge of HTML, with a focus on understanding structure, hierarchy, and the feasibility of interfaces;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize;
- Proactive, autonomous, and accountable for deliverables;
- Experience with Webflow is a plus.
