About the role
- Assist customer service processes by opening, tracking and closing service tickets;
- Request, when necessary, documentation related to the service process;
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by adhering to standards, identifying needs, routing and following up on problem resolution;
- Support service processes by contacting suppliers, requesting duplicate copies of documents and spare keys;
- Support department management by monitoring the control dashboard;
- Open tickets related to claims (accidents), preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, DUT (vehicle transfer document) and factory warranty, directing the customer to the nearest registered supplier;
- Monitor whether the customer attended the supplier as scheduled and arrange another appointment if necessary;
- Request a replacement vehicle from the responsible department if the customer requests one;
- Call the customer to notify them that the vehicle is ready for pickup;
- Confirm the vehicle pickup by the customer and verify that the requested services were performed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree;
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance processes and demand management;
- Good communication skills;
- Organizational skills;
- Sense of urgency;
- Results-oriented.
