About the role
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of forecasts and KPIs presented to executive leadership;
- Turn data into clear, thought-provoking analyses that support strategic decision-making;
- Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring alignment between actuals and plan;
- Prepare critical, insightful analyses that connect performance to the plan;
- Build and maintain executive-quality presentations;
- Lead alignment routines with related teams to validate data;
- Develop and evolve dashboards and reports in Power BI;
- Support continuous improvement of the planning and forecasting process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Experience with Power BI;
- Experience with PowerPoint;
- Analytical and systems thinking;
- Proactivity;
- Results-oriented mindset;
- Ability to manage priorities;
