About the role

  • Analyze and approve estimates from partner workshops;
  • Negotiate timelines and pricing of received estimates;
  • Monitor the area's performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Ensure compliance with the area's SLA;
  • Track the status of light vehicles undergoing maintenance;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Valid driver's license (Category B);
  • Availability to travel;
  • Passion for customer service and problem-solving;
  • Ability to work effectively with suppliers/vendors;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
