About the role

  • The Personal Insurance Private Client Advisor is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract and retain high-net-worth clients.
  • Drive growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new high-value accounts.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Present and explain options, benefits, and pricing for potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the Agency Management System.

Requirements

  • An associate degree or the recognized equivalent in education and experience is required.
  • Prior experience in Private Client personal lines insurance sales.
  • Familiar with major Private Client insurance carriers, underwriting guidelines, and experience using CRM and lead generation tools.
  • Current Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Complies with continuing education requirements for agent licensing as well as professional designations.
  • Keeps informed regarding industry information, new product information, coverages, and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to assess risk and recommend coverages and solutions.
  • Results driven.
  • Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Agency Management Systems.
  • Must be organized and efficient with verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must also have the ability to work with others.
  • Must have a high level of problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain a professional image.
