About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers
Work closely with customers to identify the right problems and use cases with clear ROI, and define success metrics before building
Shape opportunities in highly ambiguous environments where requirements are not clearly defined
Drive delivery of new solutions from early stages to production, making product and trade-off decisions across speed, stability, and scope
Own a portfolio of solutions across one or more enterprise customers and set priorities across multiple parallel engagements
Support PMs in prioritizing, making trade-offs, and unblocking product implementations and solutions
Balance speed of execution with long-term quality, reuse, and product thinking
Identify patterns across solutions and push for reuse and productization with the Platform team
Mentor and develop PMs, growing their product judgment and effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints (required)
7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers, in high-growth or complex environments
Experience managing strong Product Managers, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making
Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams in delivering new solutions from early stages to production
Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact while balancing speed, quality, and scale
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, working closely with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers
