About the role

  • Determine and allocate the necessary resources based on call volumes by day, hour, and demand;
  • Manage and propose improvements to the system that generates management and analytical reports;
  • Prepare presentations using daily measurable indicators to report to area leaders;
  • Forecast, analyze, plan capacity, scale operations, and develop dialing strategies to improve productivity and accuracy;
  • Maintain (update) and create the enrollment dashboard;
  • Participate in daily performance meetings;
  • Create strategies to optimize resources and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required (currently pursuing higher education is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Power BI;
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics.
  • Communication skills: ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Active listening: ability to listen attentively and understand needs with empathy.
  • Results-oriented: ability to set goals and work effectively to achieve them.
  • Focus on results and student progress, with strong organization and planning.
  • Adaptability: ability to adjust to changes in labor market trends, modifying strategies and approaches as needed.
