About the role

  • Create visual designs for websites, blogs and landing pages (using Figma).
  • Develop banners and other visual assets for the web, focusing on automation and performance tools.
  • Create and produce creative assets (static and animated) for social media.
  • Develop layouts for online media campaigns (banners, ads) and email marketing (MQL/SQL conversion journeys).
  • Create and layout Inbound Marketing materials, such as e-books and infographics.
  • Produce animations and edit short videos for digital platforms.
  • Assist in the development of visual identity projects, from concept creation to application.
  • Create layouts for physical environments/space branding according to client needs.
  • Create, modify and adapt artwork for printed materials (OOH, brochures, posters, etc.).
  • Prepare graphic projects and perform layout/design for printed documents.
  • Adapt formats according to the concept piece.
  • Manage and edit digital files, preparing them for finalization (print or digital).
  • Perform technical analysis of images, colors (CMYK/RGB), texts and barcodes.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, Business Administration or Advertising
  • Adobe Suite: Advanced proficiency or strong knowledge of Illustrator (vector creation, logos) and Photoshop (editing, digital assets).
  • Interface Design (UI): Solid knowledge of Figma for creating website and landing page layouts and prototypes.
  • Nice-to-have (Bonus): Knowledge of InDesign (layout) and After Effects (animation/motion).
