About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop social-first concepts designed for organic engagement and shareability
- Write scripts, captions, hooks and creative copy across a range of social formats
- Develop platform-native storytelling approaches tailored to each channel
- Collaborate closely with Strategy, Video and Production teams
- Bring regular inspiration, trends and creative references into the agency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience creating organic social content within an agency, publisher or brand environment
- Proven experience scripting social-first content and short-form video
- Deep understanding of internet culture, humour and social behaviours
- Strong portfolio of organic social work
- Experience working with creators and social talent is desirable
