Key responsibilities & impact

Establish and enhance relationships with major donors to develop gift opportunities.
Execute personalized communication strategies and retention-based philanthropy.
Collaborate with the Development Director and teams to identify and cultivate potential major gift donors.
Ensure accurate tracking of donor interactions in databases, including Salesforce.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
Global experience is a plus.
2-3 years proven experience in donor management and fundraising.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Tech-savvy with high comfort level with databases and donor management software, particularly Salesforce.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
