About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for interviewing, testing and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the company
  • Processes job requisitions
  • Develop, implement, and ensure that high quality and contemporary recruitment methods to attract top quality candidates appropriate to the position and company needs are in place
  • Develop and maintain network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates
  • Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
  • Extends contingent job offers
  • Maintains employee referral program
  • Follows up with the related clerical aspects of employment, such as completing employment forms, notifying the department of employee's starting date and the requisition the employee is filling, etc.
  • Develop recruitment materials. Ensure that the PCHAS website stays current on all open positions
  • Develop and coordinate the internal job posting program and write job postings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred or high school diploma or equivalent with 7 years HR experience required
  • Two years of full-cycle recruitment experience is required
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing with professionals and potential candidates
  • Good organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines; able to work under pressure of many priorities and deadlines; knowledge of full-cycle recruitment
  • The ideal candidate is computer literate, well-versed with Microsoft Office software
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license, have and maintain a risk-free driving record
  • Must be willing to undergo initial and periodic child abuse/neglect, criminal history, sexual offender, and child care/elder care disqualification list screenings
  • Must undergo a pre-employment drug screen and a pre-employment physical with the results showing no evidence of communicable disease
