Key responsibilities & impact

Architect and execute a data-driven SEO roadmap to drive qualified organic traffic, high-intent rankings, and product conversions
Own technical SEO fundamentals including crawling efficiency, indexation, JavaScript rendering, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, structured data, canonicalization, and international SEO across localized domains
Optimize platform visibility across LLMs and AI-driven search engines through entity optimization, structured schema design, and content discoverability frameworks
Lead mobile organic acquisition across major app stores through keyword visibility, metadata optimization, and app store conversion rate optimization
Partner with web developers, product leads, and designers to embed technical SEO requirements into site builds, feature releases, and architecture design
Build tracking frameworks for SEO, ASO, and AI search performance
Use Cursor, Claude, and ChatGPT to accelerate content research, schema creation, and technical audits
Take total ownership of the organic discovery engine and growth milestones

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of commercial experience managing and scaling large web architectures with 100+ indexed pages
Hands-on website localization experience across global markets
Extensive experience conducting deep technical SEO audits
Experience working directly alongside developers to implement technical strategies and site architecture fixes
Demonstrable, measurable case studies optimizing digital platforms for LLM visibility and AI search engines
Practical experience driving organic app growth, keyword positioning, and conversion rate optimization inside mobile app stores
Ability to manage growth targets and take end-to-end ownership of rankings, technical fixes, and traffic quality
Open communication in English
Zero-tolerance policy for rudeness
Fintech, crypto, Web3, neobanking, or other highly regulated-environment experience is a bonus
Experience managing or mentoring junior SEO specialists, copywriters, or agency partners is a bonus
Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks is a bonus
