About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for regulated financial products, from initial concept to launch

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You've built and shipped regulated financial products from zero to one within a fintech, crypto exchange, custodian, or digital banking environment
  • Proven exposure to compliance frameworks such as VARA, MiCA, EMI, or PI, and to strict licensing processes
  • Comfort with continuous-delivery setups with agile teams
  • Practical understanding of agentic capabilities
  • Comfortable across crypto systems, traditional banking, and modern neobank infrastructure
  • Own outcomes end-to-end rather than running a feature factory
  • Ability to reduce ambiguity across teams and argue from data with conviction
