manage complex financial flows and multi — currency accounting systems
design and execute a sophisticated treasury strategy
manage financial structures across a complex group network
direct ongoing communication with global financial regulators
lead long — term planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
scale and mentor a distributed finance division

Requirements

What you’ll need

deep, mandatory expertise in banking finance
extensive, practical experience managing dual — track treasury architectures
proven track record operating within international companies
experience in active, direct communication with financial regulators
proven track record as a CFO or senior financial executive
advanced finance or accounting qualification (CPA, CFA, CMA, or ACCA)
professional — level English
proficiency in Ukrainian is an asset
