About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and evolve the architecture of high-load data platforms and services
Architect and build robust ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time data processing services using Golang
Design and own data flows and storage strategies for multiregional environments
Lead the development of event-driven systems, focusing on low latency and high throughput
Integrate and optimize AI Agents into the engineering workflow
Ensure data consistency, reliability, and observability across the entire stack
Review code and provide technical mentorship to engineers (Golang/TypeScript)

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in software engineering
Expert-level Golang: Deep understanding of concurrency patterns, performance tuning, and idiomatic Go
Proven track record with Kafka (including Kafka Connect) and event-driven architectures
Extensive experience building and maintaining complex ETL/ELT pipelines
Hands-on experience using AI agents/LLMs (Claude, Cursor) to speed up development
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and ClickHouse (OLAP)
Experience handling multiregional data (latency, residency, and synchronization challenges)
Experience mentoring senior engineers and leading architectural reviews
Solid knowledge of TypeScript for data-related tools or internal platforms
English proficiency — B2+ level
