About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and optimize backend microservices
  • Build robust data extraction and transformation pipelines
  • Implement AI/ML functionalities directly into our unified financial platform
  • Ensure core infrastructure remains secure, performant, and ready to scale internationally
  • Build and maintain structured pipelines for data collection
  • Integrate predictive analytics and smart financial categorization into applications
  • Design secure RESTful and gRPC APIs to connect microservices and partners
  • Optimize database queries, schemas, and indexing strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on Python
  • Deep hands-on experience with FastAPI
  • asynchronous programming in Python (asyncio)
  • Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions
  • practical experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate)
  • Comfortable working with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI) and cloud services (AWS or GCP)
  • Basic understanding of financial architectures, transaction flows, encryption standards, or crypto-fiat transactional systems
  • Professional proficiency in English (B2+)
