Key responsibilities & impact

Assume central ownership of assigned clients and serve as the primary point of contact for IT outsourcing.
Align service delivery with business value and client strategy.
Design, implement and optimize IT operations processes and services in line with SLAs, KPIs and operating models.
Ensure the stability, quality and cost-effectiveness of client contracts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education in computer science (HF/FH) or completed IT apprenticeship complemented by business/management training.
Several years of experience in service management (ideally with an IT service provider).
Experience in project management.
Excellent command of German (written and spoken) and good English skills.
