Responsible for the development and management of defined Managed Services (e.g., Cloud, Workplace, Security, Network, Infrastructure)
Create and present a business case to senior management based on all market data
Regular status alignment and, where necessary, solution support with the technical development team
Define product positioning, market messaging, and sales arguments for target segments
Develop and communicate a company-wide go-to-market plan and monitor its execution
Support and challenge the Product Owner to ensure the best solutions for our customers

Requirements

Broad technological knowledge in IT, preferably with experience at a Managed Service Provider
A degree in Business Informatics (University of Applied Sciences) or extensive relevant professional experience combined with technical and personal further training in the areas mentioned above
Strong customer orientation and sense of responsibility, with the motivation to contribute profitably to UMB's further development
Solid knowledge and understanding of business and technology
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Certifications in Product Management and ITIL are desirable
