Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Built an internal high touch patient service organization preferred in a rare disease.
  • Experience gaining reimbursement of orphan therapies covered under both pharmacy and medical benefit.
  • Multiple product launches in patient services preferred.
  • Expert understanding of reimbursement solutions and access programs for specialty pharmaceuticals with particular focus on rare diseases.
  • Proven success recruiting and hiring expert teams from reimbursement managers, case managers, and nurses to support patients and caregivers.
  • Canadian experience a plus.
  • Experience with call center technology platforms from CRM to Case management systems and tools used to manage patient services centers.
  • Ability to translate vision of being hero’s to our patients into an exceptionally innovative patient service organization.
  • MS,RN, Pharm D, or MBA preferred
