About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain the mobile application using React Native and TypeScript.
Develop and maintain the BFF (Backend for Frontend) using Node.js/NestJS and GraphQL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Designers, and Quality Assurance, to define and deliver new features.
Perform code reviews to ensure consistency, quality, reliability, and adherence to best practices.
Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for architectural and code improvements.
Write unit and automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables.
Contribute to the evolution of architecture practices, mobile security, and code quality across the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with Node.js, GraphQL, TypeScript, and React Native.
Knowledge of AWS Lambda, Serverless architecture, and development on AWS ECS.
Experience with TDD (Test Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior Driven Development) practices.
Knowledge of CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery).
Proficiency with source code version control, preferably Git.
Understanding of Mobile Security principles.
Experience with agile software development methodologies.
Experience with unit and automated testing for backend and frontend, including Jest, Cucumber, and Appium.
Experience with Redux/Sagas and Flux architecture.
Experience with NestJS and Hexagonal architecture (Ports and Adapters).
Knowledge of in-memory caching strategies, especially Redis.
Experience with GraphQL Federation, including Apollo Federation and query planning.
Knowledge of SOLID principles, especially ISP (Interface Segregation Principle) and DIP (Dependency Inversion Principle).
