About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, implementation and optimization of maintenance processes in S/4HANA environments and SAP modules.
Provide support for SAP S/4HANA EAM service processes, including service orders and service notifications.
Assist in managing the execution of services related to utilities operations and maintenance activities.
Work with business users to improve the efficiency of service execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with SAP EAM in S/4HANA environments.
Experience integrating EAM with Customer Service (CS), Service Management, and Finance modules.
Fluent English.
Experience with AMS (Application Management Services).
Knowledge of Service Orders, Service Notifications, maintenance processes, and Technical Objects.
Ability to act in a consultative capacity with both business and technology teams.
