About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide Level 2/3 support for the SAP PP, QM and PPDS modules in a global SAP support environment.
Diagnose and resolve incidents related to production execution, planning, capacity scheduling and quality processes.
Perform root cause analysis and propose long-term corrective actions.
Work closely with business users to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior experience in support and enhancements (AMS) within an SAP S/4HANA environment. (Required)
Fluent English. (Required)
Knowledge and experience with Public Cloud projects. (Required)
Experience with SAP PPDS.
More than 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and SAP QM modules.
Deep expertise in SAP PPDS, including: detailed scheduling heuristics, pegging, planning procedures, and resource and capacity planning.
