About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, implement and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism in enterprise environments.
Perform multiple responsibilities, including Developer, Technical Lead and Solution Architect activities.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable automation solutions.
Participate in technical discussions, architecture definitions and automation strategy initiatives.
Work directly with clients and stakeholders to gather, validate and refine business and technical requirements.
Support process assessments, feasibility analysis and identification of automation opportunities.
Develop reusable automation components, frameworks and best practices.
Integrate RPA solutions with external systems, APIs, OCR platforms and enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot, debug, optimize and perform root cause analysis for automation processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile, project-driven environments.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation governance practices.
Share technical knowledge, ideas and best practices openly with the team.
Ensure code quality, documentation standards and compliance with security and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing with Blue Prism.
Blue Prism certification is mandatory.
Strong background in software development and programming logic.
Proven experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, especially Blue Prism.
Experience working with OCR technologies and document automation solutions.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
Experience communicating directly with clients and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent English communication is required.
Ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge within technical teams.
Experience participating in process automation or systems integration projects.
