Key responsibilities & impact

Handling service requests (incidents and enhancements) for clients across different SAP platforms (ECC / S/4HANA and Public Cloud).
Primary focus on SAP SD.
Understanding business processes together with client users.
Configure, specify, test, and support implementations.
Manage tickets under support, providing time estimates to the client, delivery deadlines, and follow-up with the technical team and users.

What you’ll need

SAP SD and AMS support (minimum 5 years)
S/4HANA Public Cloud
Advanced English
Good communication skills
Technical knowledge of the following topics:
o Configuration of sales processes such as: direct delivery from warehouse, Intercompany, Credit Memo, among others.
o Experience with Fiori applications, IDocs, interfaces, key BADIs, BAPIs and exits related to the module, and debugging basic functionality.
o Experience with an ITSM tool such as Xurrent, Jira, etc.
