About the role
- Act as a senior functional consultant on continuous improvement and maintenance initiatives for Salesforce Field Service solutions
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements related to Field Service operations and management of field teams
- Configure and enhance platform features, including Service Territories, Work Orders, Service Appointments and Work Types
- Define and implement scheduling rules, scheduling policies and mechanisms for route and schedule optimization
- Work on integration of Salesforce Field Service with other platform modules and corporate systems
- Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders to understand operational processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Produce functional documentation, specifications and process flows related to implemented solutions
- Support functional testing, user acceptance and deployment of new features
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, solution architecture and Salesforce platform best practices
- Work on projects with high operational volume and environments with multiple integrations
Requirements
- Strong experience with Salesforce
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Field Service
- Experience with Service Territories, Work Orders, Service Appointments, Work Types, Scheduling Policies, optimization mechanisms and Dispatch
- Experience modeling Field Service operational processes
- Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with corporate systems
- Experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation of solutions
- Ability to analyze complex operational processes and define systemic improvements
